Hey eBay, workers have a right to organize!

eBay charged with multiple unfair labor complaints in struggle with its first union

In March, members of TCGunion-CWA won their union and made history. For nearly 5 months, eBay and its subsidiary TCGplayer have attempted to stall and bust this union by refusing to bargain in good faith and even attempting to appeal the union election.

In addition to refusing to recognize the union or meet union members at the bargaining table, eBay and TCGplayer have tried to erode union support through intimidation tactics and by hiring notorious anti-union law firm, Littler Mendelson, known for its work against organizers at Starbucks and Apple.

This week, TCGunion-CWA and dozens of labor activists and community members held a rally calling on the company to respect their right to unionize. Further, workers have filed unfair labor complaints alleging that eBay and TCGplayer are violating their employees’ rights.

Take action and tell eBay and TCGplayer to respect the union!

It’s been over 2 weeks since Grindr United-CWA announced their union and requested recognition; the company remains silent

In an effort to ensure Grindr, the leading LGBTQIA+ dating app in the U.S., remains a safe, inclusive and thriving place for both its users and employees, Grindr employees are forming a union as Grindr United-CWA.

Management still has not responded to the request for the union’s recognition over two weeks later. Workers have made it clear, however, that they won’t be silent, because they have a right to unionize!

Stand with Grindr United-CWA members and sign their petition to CEO George Arison demanding he respect his employees’ right to unionize!
